Doron Gerstel is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving transformative growth and innovation. With extensive leadership experience across major technology firms including Perion Network, Panaya, Nolio, Syneron, and Zend Technologies, he excels in building world-class teams and performance-driven cultures. Doron brings a passion for scaling new technologies that connect millions of fans to sports moments worldwide. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics & Management and Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University.

Gal served for nine years with an elite R&D unit in the Intelligence Corps of the IDF managing development groups of computer vision and GIS application developers. During that time he worked with different visual platform to capture information, from UAV to satellites. Prior to Pixellot Gal co-founded SportVu together with Dr. Miky Tamir (Pixellot’s co-Founder and Chariman) and served as the CEO and R&D Manager of the company until it was sold to US based company, STATS, in 2008. Gal obtained a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the Tel Aviv University.

From 2020-2022 Alon served as the chief financial officer of Kornit Digital, a public company traded in NASDAQ (KRNT). Kornit is a fast-growing tech company, driving the digital transformation of the fashion and textile industry. Prior to joining Kornit, Alon served as the chief financial officer of Orbotech Ltd, a Leading provider of process solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, with annual revenues of approximately $1 billion. Orbotech was traded in NASDAQ (ORBK) until its acquisition by KLA in 2019. During his 13-year tenure at Orbotech, from 2007-2020, Alon served in a broad range of senior finance, business and operational positions, including 6 years as COO in Asia Pacific. Prior to Orbotech, Alon served as the chief financial officer of Wintegra Inc., a Fabless semiconductor start-up and as an accountant for Ernst & Young Israel. Alon is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from The Israeli College of Management.

Elad is a senior global executive with over 17 years track record of building, operating and scaling businesses. Elad has vast experience in the broadcast and sports world from his prior position as the CBO and CMO at MX1 where he worked with a variety of sports organization. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of WallStream a social network video advertising solution and VP Products & Strategy at Mediamind a division of DG in New York. Elad holds an EMBA from the Hebrew University.

Ronen is an experienced executive, with 30 years’ of comprehensive achievements across the Information Technology and Communications industries. Ronen brings expertise in the domains of operations, customer success, delivery, R&D, and strategy. In his most recent role Ronen served as Senior VP at Amdocs managing Amdocs Quality Engineering and Head of Revenue Guard business unit. Ronen rejoined Amdocs as part of the cVidya acquisition. He served as cVidya’s COO for 10 years. Prior to joining cVidya, he held several senior positions at Amdocs. Ronen brings with him technological leadership in numerous domains such as ML, big data, analytics, architecture and cloud. In these and other positions, Ronen led relationships with key customers, as well as with key channel and technological partners. Ronen holds a M.Sc. in Physics, a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science, as well as an M.B.A. in Technological Management.

David is the former CEO of Steel Sports and brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in management, coaching, and corporate development in the youth sports arena. In addition to his time at Steel Sports, Shapiro spent 13 years helping build Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit with the mission of developing ”Better Athletes, Better People” and is currently a member of its National Board of Directors.

Colby serves as COO of Pixellot North America, managing all partnership and operations activities across Pixellot’s portfolio of products. Colby was key in building Pixellot’s partnership with PlayOn Sports and the NFHS Network, a partnership that together now streams over 1 million live sporting events automatically across the US.

Orit is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with wide experience in a variety of Hi-Tech startups and technological companies. She is well versed in all aspects of HR, at the organizational and employee level, specializing in leading and establishing HR processes such as recruiting and onboarding new talents, management development, talent management, learning & development, and organizational communications. Prior to joining Pixellot, Orit was the HR at Feedvisor and Varonis. and she served as an organizational consultant in the IDF for many years. Orit holds an MA in Organizational Psychology, and a BA in behavioral science, both from Ben Gurion University.

Shelly is an accomplished business leader with expertise in product management, customer experience, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving product growth through data-driven insights and successful market launches, while leading diverse teams. Shelly held key positions at Vonage and HP Indigo, consistently leading successful product launches and achieving revenue growth. Her deep understanding of both hardware and software products adds to her expertise. Shelly leverages her educational background, including a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management and an EMBA from Kellogg, to make informed strategic decisions and drive product success.

Gonen brings with him over 30 years of experience in software delivery, professional services and account management with vast knowledge on managing multiple, complex and large-scale software projects. Prior to joining Pixellot, Gonen held the position of SVP professional services and operation at Sapiens. He held positions of VP professional services at PONTIS, held a position of CIO at Migdal Capital Markets and VP delivery at AMDOCS. Gonen holds a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.

Brian Phillpotts is responsible for growing new business models and opportunities with media companies, sport's governing bodies, and brands worldwide.

With over 25 years in sport-tech, Kobi is well connected with sports federations, agencies and TV Channels worldwide. An early Pixellot team member, he drives the Israeli market and has signed major deals in Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and S. Africa. Prior to Pixellot, he was head of sales at Stergen, and Orad and was founder and CEO of Scidel, the company that invented virtual advertising in sports.

Uri is a highly skilled business development professional with a background in basketball coaching, team leadership, and a lot of industry experience. In addition, Uri is also well-versed in the daily operations of local clubs and associations and has established a strong network of contacts in the community. With his background and knowledge of Pixellot solutions, Uri has the unique combination of skills and experience that makes him an asset in the competitive youth sports world.

Franco Errico has a wealth of experience as a senior international executive specializing in business development, investment attraction, lobbying, trade facilitation, market-entry, and partner scouting. Franco's extensive network with decision-makers and influencers in the South European market positions him as a valuable asset for digital, telco, AI, and cybersecurity markets. Previously to Pixellot, he was GM for ECI Telecom Italia and Regional Sales Director for many companies as well as Radwin, Bridgewave, Siklu, Attenti and many others. He held an engineering bachelor's degree in 1985 from Federico II University of Napoli

Wayne Evans is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. As the Sales Director for Africa at Pixellot, he leads the company’s expansion across the African continent. Previously, Wayne served as Regional Sales Director at a global Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) provider, where he secured major deals with large telecom operators and WISPs across East Africa. His experience in selling SaaS and Enterprise solutions has equipped him to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver consistent results. A highly accomplished sportsman, Wayne’s dedication and competitive spirit align seamlessly with Pixellot’s vision of enhancing sports broadcasting through AI-driven solutions.

International business development expert with a strong track record in IT, Digital transformation and cybersecurity. Experienced in supporting the European expansion of American companies, with a focus on market entry strategies, cultural alignment, and long-term growth across France and the broader region.

Luis is a growth performer and business manager with more than 30 years of international experience. He joined Pixellot in 2016 where he led and developed agreements and collaboration with strategic accounts such as Barcelona FC; Real Madrid FC, and others. After a 16 year stint at Orad HiTec, a broadcast graphics technology leader, where he was responsible for major accounts such as Tv Globo, Televisa, Tv Azteca, TyC, RAI, and RTVE he founded I3D-C. Luis has a B.A. from Derby University and a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Technion Institute in Haifa.

Ofer Nagar brings extensive experience in management, sales, and business development within the Asia Pacific telecommunications and technology sectors. With a proven ability to build and lead successful teams, Ofer has consistently delivered exceptional results and driven significant sales growth across various verticals, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships and market expansion. Previously, he led OEMs and Strategic Alliances at HQ, securing agreements with tier-1 telecom leaders.

Andy is a Partner at Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles based media, entertainment, and communications focused private equity firm. In addition to Pixellot, Andy currently serves as a director of DeCurtis Corporation, Branded Cities, Appetize Technologies and Mobilitie Investments III as well as oversees Shamrock’s investment in Omega Wireless. Previously, Andy served on the boards of Screenvision Media, Consilio, Questex, MarketCast, K2 Towers, RealD, Wazee, Publishing Group of America, Naylor Publications, PrimeCo Wireless, Liberation Entertainment, and BASE Entertainment and was a board observer of MetroPCS and OpNext.

Ronen is a Managing Director at PSG Equity and heads its Israeli office. Previously, he was a principal, partner and General Partner at Viola Ventures from 2008 to 2021 focusing on SaaS and Vertical AI investments. Notable investments include iRonsource (NYSE: IS), Redis, Verbit, Samanage (acquired by NYSE: SWI). Prior to Viola, Ronen held several positions in the Israeli tech industry, the latest one being VP Product Management in Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT). Ronen serves on the board of directors of the Aaron Institute for Economics Studies at Reichman University (formerly IDC) in Herzlia, Israel. He is a lecturer at the Kellog-Recanatti EMBA program at Tel Aviv University. From 1989-2002 Ronen served in an elite Israeli Defense Forces' Intelligence Unit (8200) and holds a rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Res.). He received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Middle East History from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).

Rotem is a director at the Tel Aviv office of PSG Equity. Previously, Rotem was a Principal at Viola Ventures where she led investments in early-stage startups focusing on Enterprise SaaS, Vertical AI, and Fintech. Prior to joining Viola, Rotem was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. As a Project Leader, she led teams of consultants to diagnose and solve companies' most challenging problems. She worked on strategy development, operations optimization, and M&A, with a focus on Financial Institutions, Industrial Goods and Energy. Rotem is also a lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association. She clerked for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, the Honorable Justice Dorit Beinisch. Rotem holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, elected as a Baker Scholar, HBS's highest level of academic distinction, awarded to the top 5% of the class. Rotem also holds an LL.B. in Law & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
